He has five years of experience working with individuals and families to address a wide range of concerns which include depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and finding fulfillment in life.

Her educational background includes a Master of Arts in Art Therapy & Counseling and a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Sara's professional background includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and school settings. She is a creative and intuitive therapist who focuses treatment around principles of solution-focused therapy which is a future-oriented vehicle for formulating, motivating, achieving, and sustaining desired behavioral change.
